Unhappy Client browser cannot find server

I have a Linux server on a LAN setup with 2 windows client computers. I can ping all computers both ways (server to client vice versa). The client browsers cannot view the web pages I created but the server can view using localhost and its IP address. When I access the server using IP address the message "The page cannot be displayed" is displayed and the toolbar there is "Cannot find server". My files and directory have 755 permissions. I've been trying to look for solutions from the archives and other sites but found none. Can anybody help me with this? Thank you in advance for your time.

Make sure the server is accepting requests on port 80 (sounds like it is) and check that if you have a firewall it is allowing requests through on port 80.

Run the following & post results:
iptables -L; iptables -t nat -L; iptables -t mangle -L
Post your /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file.

In which dir are you storing the html files that you want your Linux server to serve?

Are the 3 computers that you specified the only ones on the network, including cable Internet modems & routers?

Please answer all the above if you would like me to help you as they all relate to each other.
