CIM @ LINUX (FC6 or SuSE 10)

Hi all,

Is it possible to have CIM on linux or not?
Does any one have any clue about from where can i download CIM for LINUX. And how does it work over Linux?
I have a fully virtualized system with FC6 as a host OS and SuSE10 as a guest OS. Now i would like to know is it possible to have CIM in SeSU 10 ?
Please also let me know if there is any good site from where i could gain information about the same.

Any or all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in adavance...

Many readers will not know what "CIM" is (I had to Google, and even that did not help.. )
"CIM Linux" on Google does produce quite a few hits

CIM = Common information model.
Like for windows OS there is CIM-WMI (Common Information Model- Windows Management Instrumentation) which retrieves information from the hard drive. But i am not sure if there is something like this for linux.
After lot of research i could find out one site i.e.
But there is a download option but i couldnt find anything to download. If any one knows about CIM, then pls do share your knowledge.
