Chinese language pack installation help


Hi all,
I have just recently installed centos 4.1 on an old pc of mine for some time now. Everything is running alrite. However my parents will like to read chinese from the internet. I have been looking for a way to install the chinese language pack so as to read and input chinese for my pc. I have tried to follow the help from the following website http://www.ficorp.com/linux_i18n.html but in vain. Can anyone help me?

Post To display Chinese just Install a latest version of Linux.

To display Chinese web page it's easier just to install or run live cd of the latest version of any popular Linux. I have tried sucessfully with PClinuxos 2010, Ylmfos 2010, Ubuntu 2010 ect.
