Changing Video Card drivers

I installed the wrong video card drivers when I installed my system, how do I change them to something else? I did a search on the manpages and didn't come up with anything.

Since your distro is unknown, which it may have its own method,
the 'standard' way is to run
from the command line.

OR just manually edit your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file.
Change the line:
Section "Device"

    #VideoRam 262144
    # Insert Clocks lines here if appropriate
    Identifier "videocard1"
    Driver "nvidia"
(of course yours might not say "nvidia")
Driver "Proper_driver"
Here is a small list of drivers:

good luck
