Changeing font size for everything.

I have a 21 inch monitor with a resolution of 1280x1024.
I have set my fonts in kde control center which covers most but not all.
Any pop up messages i get, usaully wizards from applications and stuff, the fonts are so small i can't read them, in fact most apps i run the fonts are this way, too small too read.
How do I resize ALL my fonts in linux,(running debian), I mean everything apps, terminals,ect..
kde contrl center only seems to do the menu's and toolbars and such, the stuff on the border of a window not in the window itself.
Help me my eyes are bleeding!
I've considered lowering my resoloution but this only helps a little, and it ruins my screen adjustment
I can set the font size in konqueror so I can read the files but I can't set the fonts or icon size for konqueror itself, there has got to be a way.
anyone have a solution?

To set the fonts in Konqueror, try playing around with the minimum/medium font size in the knoqueror configuration.

It is a whole different story if you want to change the fonts of Gtk applications. I still havent figured that out... I dont have Gnome installed, only KDE. So I dont know how to chage the gtk fonts, themes etc..

But for KDE, the control panel and the knoqueror configuration is enough. I use opera, and it also has a font configuration option, good enough to get the fonts clear.
