Change wm under KDE

I'm currently running KDE under Debian lenny. I was wondering how to change which window manager is used for KDE. I'm using the default, kwin, right now, but would like to experiment with xfwm and enlightenment a bit. However, I still want the K desktop environment, I like that part of KDE.

How would I go about running one within the other?

Thanks!

I've been able to run a nested X server using Xephyr (the host DE was Sugar, the nested one was fluxbox). You could install that and give it a shot.
When you say you still want KDE, do you mean all the nice apps it has, or do you mean the window decorations, icons, menus etc? If its the former, then you can straightaway run your new DE of choice, your K apps will work within them too.

No, I just want xfwm to replace Kwin. I want to keep the Kicker, and all my Karamba apps, and my KDE icons and widgets and fonts, and the Kmenu, and all those things I love about KDE. I just wanted to experiment with the transparency and compositing effects of xfwm. And my machine is OLD, so compiz is out of the question...

If it's not possible, that's fine, kwin with crystal themes is pretty good.

On that note, does anyone know of good fonts and good widget sets to go with Crystal Themes? I've got crystal Diamond Icons, and the Crystal window decoration, right now I'm using QtCurve Widgets and Iwona fonts, but I'd like stuff a little more suited to the crystal look and feel.

Thanks!
