Change TextBox Color

This might be a very stupid question but being a newbie, please excuse me.

I find that the background color of all the textboxes & other HTML Form elements are dark gray in color where as the forecolor is black which is why I am finding it little difficult to read the text in the Form elements. Can someone please suggest me how do I change the background color of the HTML Form elements in web pages to white so that the contrasting background color (white) with the foreground color (black) will make them easily readable?

I selected Keramik as the Style & Sunshine as the Theme Manager in the Control Center but even if I change these 2 settings, the background color of HTML Form elements still remains dark gray.

Thanks,

Ron

This behaviour is controlled by your browser and not your desktop environment. You could use such tools like greasemonkey for mozilla based browsers with a modified style sheet for individual pages or maybe another browser plugin. I don't use any of that myself, but this should give you a hint where to search for a solution.

If you are talking about firefox:

firefox > Preferences > Content > Colors
