change text color eterm

I have a transparent background and the text is gray,my eyes need a little help,how can I change it to bright green,thanks

Eterm has a "theme.cfg" file in usr/share/Eterm/themes/Eterm that you can modify (as root) you want to look for the line called "foreground"...it will be towards the top. and you should see it says "gray" after it...replace the gray with green, restart X and you should be good to go...at least thats how i got it to work

I can change it for root but can't for me,I need to look for mine but can't find it,thanks
