change swap partition from hda3 to hdb

I got another problem ,it that when I install RH9 I couln't install it with my own pc for that gzlib ,crc comprassion error ( I don't know what is that). So I took out my secondary harddisk and install it in my sister computer. But my sister computer couldn't support two HD at once so I set this one as primary .The installing went smoothly, but when I rejoin in my PC as secondary everything work except for the part that this RH couldn't find swapt partition in HDA3 .Course of it couldn't find it because it tis not in HDA(windowxp) anymore(I thinks). It is in HDB3(again,I think
).So can anyone tell me what seem to be the problem?and of course I got two sound card (on board and sb!live surround sound 5.1).And as everyone would have done it ,I use SB! Live but when I change my primary audio device and make a audio testing,it's working file until I try to open mp3 audio from CD .No sound produce.

help me!!!
thanks!

you have to boot with a rescue diskette, and then, correct your /etc/fstab to reflect the new values.

I.e.:
My fstab line regarding swap file is:

/dev/hda2 swap swap defaults 0 0

If I'd change disks and /dev/hda2 got to be ...say /dev/hdb3, then I should update fstab according to it.
