change cursor in fluxbox?

Hello everybody
I am running slack 12.1 using it's stock fluxbox
I download a new cursor from this site
http://www.xfce-look.org/content/sho...?content=73200

I have xsetroot -93Aero right_ptr in my .fluxbox/startup and this is my path to the cursor .fluxbox/cursor/93Aero

but I can't seem to get it to work

any idea?

Thank you

I didn't know that xsetroot had an option for -93Aero.

If I were to change the cursor I would do
xsetroot -cursor ~/.fluxbox/cursor/93Aero

or something. maybe hit up man xsetroot.
