Change a cursor

Ok I am going to reveal my desire to completely control everything about my computer by saying this, but

Does anyone know how I can change the look of my cursor when I am using wterm in windowmaker? For example, when I am using xterm, I get this very clean looking arrow pointer where my mouse cursor is located, but when I am using wterm, it turns into a less desireable X shape.

Well, that was way too picky but Ive looked about a bit on the net and didnt see much that helped me.

Thanks
