First, you've not provided any details about this card, your laptop, what's on the card, how you copied it there, or what you've done or tried. More importantly, you're using WINDOWS....and asking about using Windows on LINUXQuestions. What do you think we'll be able to tell you?

If that card was formatted as a Linux file system, you may be able to open it on Windows...but you will have to search for solutions on your own, or ask on a Microsoft forum. There may be programs that will let you read it, but since this is LinuxQuestions, you may not get many answers.
