Centos not support Telnet and Ftp services?

when i login the Centos,i find that the Telnet and Ftp services
not been installed default.I try to install these services.
but i can't find the soft package in the centos install iso.

it can support, it, but you shouldn't want to... telnet is awful and hopelessly insecure. instead you will already have an ssh service ready and running, so you shouldn't need to ever use telnet at all. if you do really need to, then you'd install the telnetd package which is on your distro cd's. as for ftp, proftpd and vsftpd are also both on the install cd's or via yum.
