CentOS 5 Opens New Folders in New Windows
 

Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but I was wondering if there is a way to change CentOS so that whenever I open a new folder, it won't open a new window as well. Just going into my Home directory opens like 3 new windows, and it's slightly annoying to work like that. Again sorry if this sounds stupid, but I was just wondering if it's possible to change that.

Just open a folder (the file browser is Nautilus), go to Edit --> Preferences --> Behavior and check "Always open in browser windows". Then close and start again.

Thanks, that worked like a charm! Now the windows open in the File Browser which makes everything a whole lot easier!
