Cedega Windowed Mode

Hi, Im having some problems with cedega in windowed mode, whenever i set a resolution higher than 640 the image wont fill the screen, it stays in a higher res window but the image will be in 640 and huddled to the top left corner of the window.

I am running on slackware 10 , my video card is an Nvidia and my Desktop is running at 1280 res. This happens to everygame that i launch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
