Capture Websites visited on the LAN

Hii All,
I have an ubuntu Linux acting as a proxy server using squid. I would like to capture websites visited by the entire network stating date, time, url, ipaddress? & see results through a browser. Can anyone advice on package to install.

Linux Newbie.
