cant use "yum install on fedora 10"

Just installed fedora 10, installed yum, and now just cant use yum to install any package.

This is the what I get when trying to install any software.

[root@Rhinkhals ~]# yum install PackageKit
Gathering header information file(s) from server(s)
Server: Red Hat Linux 10 - x86_64 - Base

The problem is with the /etc/yum.conf file, I noticed that the repos that comes with F10 cannot be reached. Can you maybe give an advice on this matter.

This is how my /etc/yum.conf file look like:

[main]
installroot=/mnt/sysimage
cachedir=/var/cache/yum
keepcache=0
debuglevel=2
logfile=/var/log/yum.log
metadata_expire=1800
exactarch=1
obsoletes=True
pluginpath=/usr/lib/yum-plugins,/tmp/updates/yum-plugins
pluginconfpath=/etc/yum/pluginconf.d,/tmp/updates/pluginconf.d
gpgcheck=1
plugins=1
pkgpolicy=newest
distroverpkg=redhat-release
tolerant=1
exactarch=1

# PUT REPOS HERE OR IN separate file.repo files
# in /etc/yum.repos.d

[base]
name=Red Hat Linux $releasever - $basearch - Base
baseurl=http://mirror.dulug.duke.edu/pub/yum-repository/redhat/$releasever/$basearch/

[updates]
name=Red Hat Linux $releasever - Updates
baseurl=http://mirror.dulug.duke.edu/pub/yum-repository/redhat/updates/$releasever/

Hmmm... fedora 10 comes with yum already, you don't normally need to install it.
That output is not all you get - surely?
Are you using yum through a proxy?
Have you configured the repos?
