Hi Guys N Gals

I'm new to Linux but am impressed with what I've seen so far. Just a couple of problems. I can't play dvd's in Madriva free 2007 (installed from a windows mag coverdisk). Well not encrypted ones. The problem is apparently that I do not have libdvdcss installed. Where can I get it? My computer with Linux on it is not yet online, can I download it on my windows machine and tranfer it via usb key or cd?

I'm thinking of puting in another graphics card. Geforce MX440 is there a linux driver for this card?

The BEST way to install missing SW, libraries, etc. is with the package manager. This will be easiest if you get the computer connected.
You can also try searching on Google for the missing library.
Same answer for Geforce MX440---and try the Nvidia site also
