Cant get kde or system-config-display to work on fedora core 6

I have tried to install fedora core 6 but I have not been able to get the graphical-mode to work.
I tried to type system-config-display but tha answer I get is this:

Traceback (most recent call first):
File "/usr/share/system.config-display/", line 388, in ?
if xconfigpath and not output_file_specified:
NameError: name 'xconfigpath' is not defined

Anyone that can help me solve that?

Post Display cofiguration

I am very new in Linus . I installed Suss Linux 10 on Dell Power Edge 2200 successfully, but could not get the display to work correctly. I also had the same problem when i installed Linux 9 and Ubuntu. I did not have any option than 800x600.
Is there anything I am doing wrong and how can I correct this? I have not being able to use the workstation since the display is messed up as it's (duplicate images on the screen)
