Cant find mysql directorie

Hi Im a little rusty in linux, i have installed Redhat 8 and MYSQL RPM so far so good but no i need to execute commands like /usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root............. and he doesn´t find the directorie i have already saw some questions and folow the steps but mysql server isn´t in the same place

I'd suggest reading their man pages to learn more about them.
