cant download adobe shockplayer on daughters laptop,Im a novice


I am a novice on my daughters laptop acer aspireone as i agreed to try to get her flash player to update as she cant play all of the facebook games.

Ive removed the version of adobe we had, and now I dont know where to go, please explain in simple terms as I do not know my way around her netbook at all. Any help much appreciated

What OS are you running on the netbook and what browser will be used. Also it is needed to know the bitness of your OS (32bit or 64bit). (OS means: not just linux, but also the name of the distribution and its version, if linux is used).

In most cases you will need to download the appropriate version from Adobe and copy the plugin to the browser's plugin directory. But for sure can be told only if we know more details on your configuration (s.a.)
