Try and learn to write at least a bit better language. Don't use sentences like "this is drivin me crazy lol" (which reads: "this is drivin' me crazy laughing my ass off", which sounds stupid: if it's drivinG you crazy that you're laughing your ass off, it's not a Linux problem, is it?). And do learn to use the commas in the correct places ("I can't, change theme").

Nothing personal, just caught my eye. And the left topmost blood vein on my forehead.

It's somekind of an incompatibility between Beryl, your window manager and/or your display driver/settings. I've seen several, haven't still found out how to fix. The problem apparently rises when Beryl should start the window manager, but that window manager never starts (that's why the buttons are missing, and you can't change the theme because there's nothing to be themed). Already tried removing your current display drivers (fglrx or nvidia?), installing another version or reinstalling them? Maybe try a different version of Beryl, or a different desktop environment?

Remember that these opengl 3d-desktops like Beryl or Compiz are by no means "ready and stable" software; last time I checked, both were under development and had a load of bugs depending on what drivers or desktop you're using..
