Unhappy cant ceate a bootdisk


I just put a 2nd hard drive on my comupter and im trying to install slackware stable 8.0 and whene i use bare.i as the image when i reboot it says invaled system disk can any one help me?????:smash:

Are you at the point where you are booting from a floppy to get to the install or selecting a kernel image to boot off of the harddrive?

If you are booting from the floppy... How did you copy the image to the floppy? Try another floppy. Your machine can boot from a DOS floppy?

I had no problems with either of the bare.i images that come with slack 8. (2.2 and 2.4)
