Cannot use my keyboard to get past the "kboot" prompt with install

Hopefully someone can help me.
I have a PS3 80G that I was advised to install fedora core 5 to use my system as a computer. I followed the instructions from a website and installed the kboot onto my scan disk and burned fedora to a DVD as directed. I plugged my scan disk into the PS3 and the penguin page came up but stopped at the kboot prompt. My wireless keyboard will not allow me to type, I cannot get out of this screen it's frozen. I even tried to start the PS3 without the scan disk & burned DVD but I still only get the penguin page that goes to the kboot prompt.

How can I remove this so I can at least use my PS3 to watch movies or play games again?? I'm stuck at this point..

Any advise is greatly appreciated!!!!
