My machine is loaded with mandrakelinux10.1. It is in an windows environment. We have a remote printer on WindowsXP platform. The system cannot send prints even after configuring the cups. Can you help?

Is the printer on the network? If not, you have to set Windows to share the printer, and then (I think) access thru Samba.
If the printer is on the network, life will be 10X easier..
