i found out solution
i downloaded install_flash_player_9_linux.tar.gz from
http://www.filewatcher.com/m/install...08602.0.0.html
Note:If you have tried
#apt-get remove --purge flashplugin-nonfree;apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
Then you will get '404 error' meaning adobe guys are giving flash 10 currently.
So extract tar file to any folder and close your firefox browser(let us say /root)
#cd /root/install_flash_player_9_linux; ./flashplayer-installer
It will ask for firefox location.
it should be /usr/lib/firefox-<versionnumber>
Note:here /usr/bin,/usr/lib/mozilla won't work.
now browser can play streaming flv videos.
