cannot open folder


my mouse configuration file was deleted due to which fedora started but without GUI.I have to work throug command lines.I got the configuration file installed due to which GUI started but i cannot open any folder and during bootup udev also does not start.how to fix the problem

you need to be root for that
log into the text only terminal as root

what is your system specs fedora will not install with the GUI if there is not enough system ram
and will NOT start Gnome or KDE is there is insufficient ram ,less than 256 meg
or if the video card is not supported .

i have 512 mb ram and prior to this problem linux used to work perfectly
