Smile Cannot load mod_log_config.so


hi i got follwing error while starting httpd service could please help me out how to start httpd service i am using
Server version: Apache/2.0.46
Server built: Mar 22 2006 04:43:58

Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_log_config.so into server: /etc/httpd/modules/mod_log_config.so: undefined symbol: ap_month_snames
