Download the hplip and follow the instructions provided in the links on how to install it. Maybe this one helps.

ok, now i got the installer files, but when i'm installaing it, it is displaying:
"INSTALL MISSING REQUIRED DEPENDENCIES
-------------------------------------
warning: There are 8 missing REQUIRED dependencies.
note: Installation of dependencies requires an active internet connection.
warning: Missing REQUIRED dependency: gcc (gcc - GNU Project C and C++ Compiler)
warning: This installer cannot install 'gcc' for your distro/OS and/or version.
error: Installation cannot continue without this dependency. Please manually install this dependency and re-run this installer."

Please tell me what are "Dependencies" and how to get them.

Did you read the original question, and that link?? The OP's original question said:

...and the link you posted was for RedHat 8/9, which is from 2003. Please pay attention to the OP's question.

OP, unless you are a PAYING RedHat Enterprise customer, you will NOT have access to the online repositories, and won't be able to install the dependencies. You MIGHT be able to install any missing packages from your installation DVD, or do as routers suggested and install the PPD driver file manually. If this is a brand new installation, loading CentOS (essentially a free version of RedHat enterprise), will get you access to online patches/updates/repositories, and will let you install the missing dependencies easily.

I did correct you, because you were wrong. This isn't the only time that you've offered questionable advice, which indicated that you never read/understood the question.
Nope, not without the missing dependencies that the OP CANNOT INSTALL.
