Cannot enable internet connection on slackware 12
I have just installed slackware 12 today and when i try to enable my ethernet i get this message:
Error changing device state
You will have to configure manually.
My question is how do you configure it manually? I am completely lost. I know that my internet does work under linux because I am using an old ubuntu live cd to access the internet for now.
