cannot connect to wired internet in slackware 13
 

Dear sir,
I have installed slackware 13 but I am not able to connect to
wired internet connection from BSNL in slackware while this connection
is working fine in Fedora,Opensuse,Mandriva,Debian and Windows-XP.
Please help,

Are you talking about "Internet access" or "LAN access"?.

If LAN, most probably you don't have your network card driver loaded.
See what type of network card you have and see online if you can find a driver for it. Come back if you didn't know how to compile a driver module and insert it into kernel.

If Internet, did you configure the gateway? are you using DHCP?

Honestly, your post is quite unclear.
