Question Cannot connect ssh through vinagre Fedora 16

Hello everyone.

I had to re-install fedora 16 today on my ssh server. I am able to ssh via terminal but cannot connect to server with vinagre. It gives error Host key verification failed. I was able to it use perfectly before re-install. I used ssh-keygen -R hostname and replies .ssh/known_hosts is not a valid known_hosts file. I also have filezilla and i am able to transfer files, I just like the GUI feel of vinagre. If anybody could help I would be very very grateful. Also any tips on transferring files via terminal would be greatly appreciated I cant seem to find much on Google, and what I do find it seems that the commands they give do not work in fedora 16 terminal. Thanks in advance.
