Cannot boot debian system

I'm using Debian... Until now. I get

INIT: cannot execute "/etc/rc.sysinit"
INIT: Entering runlevel: 3
INIT: cannot execute "/etc/rc.multi"

And then the system freeze and cannot continue booting...

Any idea how to fix my system?
