Cannot access/ping Debian.

I cannot access/ping my Debian server. I know the IP is right (ifconfig, route and ip addr) all gave me 10.0.2.25 (route gave me 10.0.2.0).

I cannot ping it from any computer in my netwerk, even when I try to ping it from my Debian itself, it gives me Destination Host Unreachable !
(Wierdly, I can ping 10.0.2.2 tho).

I am using virtualbox when the netwerk options 'NAT' turned on.
When I look at my /etc/network/interfaces/ the last line looks like:

iface eth0 inet dhcp
Shouldn't their be some other stuff listed?

I was having problems with accessing my debian machine, because other machines couldn't see on network, I just enabled personal file sharing. Hope it will work for you.

Argh, this is irritating me ! (PS: I downloaded debian on my other computer, on this Debian i have ping 10.0.2.15)

http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/8515/debian1.jpg

pinging 10.0.2.15 goes around 0,5ms, while pinging 10.0.2.2 takes around 4ms. (From Debian)
I cannot ping my virtual Debian from my Vista , same the other way around ... Also cant see it under 'Network' on Vista (Even tho I can see my other computers)

Im trying to setup gnump3d, so this is kind off frustating

If you have gu, go to "System>Preferences>Remote Desktop"
allow other to view desktop, then go to "System>Preferences>Personal Filesharing
Click on share public files on network. Try them you can always disable.
