You have to get an uninterruptible power supply for your servers.

If you are using the Reiser file system for your system partition then consider using a more robust file system type such as ext2. The ext2 file system manages to survive power outages pretty well although it spends a lot of time doing fsck.

Boot the SuSE installation CD #1.

Select system repair.

That should load a kernel off of the CD and put you in a console session. Do an fsck of your system partition. Then reboot.

If that doesn't work then try these instructions that I just wrote in another post.

That will keep you busy for a while. Write back to let us know if the problem is solved.

If you decide to change the file system type for your system partition then you will have to create a new initrd. Changing the file system type and reconfiguring the initrd is a little bit of trouble but it may be worth it, especially if you don't get the uninterruptible power supply for each of your servers.
