While I can't be certain, I'd say that is going to be an almost definite no. Fedora is up to FC6 now, probably time to back up the files and do a new install.
A clean install would be better than an upgrade because FC1 is quite dated now and trying to upgrade it to FC6 will probably cause a lot of headaches for you.
It's simple, I'd rather not do another install to obtain all the changes made by CentOs,I would rather just update what I have as the question stated to keep FC1
Thank all of you for your replies,This old IBM P3 runs terrifick with RHEL3 on 0drive and FC1 on 1drive alsoWin-ME on 2drive,It likes flavor 2.4,it doesent like anything 2.6 due to its onboard video no recognized ,only allows text install and I prefer a gui. I,m sure there is a workaround but I have FC6 on a newer box running well.I just want to get the most out of 2.4 on this box because I have it connected to 2 twins of it with 2 terrabytes of drive storage that I dont like messing with,I'm a photographer.thnks,Ron
