Can I specify domain name in mynetworks ?

My doubt is can I specify domain name in "mynetworks"

For example:

Suppose --->

In the, can i specify like:

mynetworks =,, ........,

instead of

mynetworks =,, ........,

My requirement is to permit all mails from the domain, independent of their origin. So that even if it is coming from a proxy server, the mail will reach my user. (I have disabled relaying in my server)
