Question Can I Insert picture with Gimp?


I can not find how to insert a picture with Gimp.

Insert into what??? Gimp is used to edit pictures---open a file, make changes, and save the file.

Do you mean cut and paste? ---or perhaps you want to acquire with a scanner?
Please try to give some more detail on what you are asking.
