Can I create logical drive under Extended Partition?
Like in Windows we can create Extended partition and then under this Extended Partition, we can create many logical drives.
Can we do the same in Linux?
I had 10GB space left in my /dev/hda and I created Extended Partition of 10G, Now I want to slice this 10G into five 2GB logical drives..can I do that?
Yes - Linux uses the DOS directory structure, same as Windoze.
From command line, cfdisk is proabably easiest and (slightly) more intuitive. Else try a GUI - gparted, qtparted are the most common I would think; most distros should ship one or the other if not both.
