Can Fedora expert obtain RHCE?

I know it's stupid to ask this question. But Fedora is very similar to RedHat. Any answer

RHCE is a certification. Chances are, if you sign up for RHCE classes, you will be presented with an environment that already has RedHat Enterprise Linux (ie the classroom will have it).

You can get a near-identical suite, however, in the form of CentOS - a rebuild of RHEL from their own source files! It *is* RHEL, just without all the RH branding.

If you are, indeed, a Fedora expert, you should be able to grasp RHEL, too...
