Can anyone help with this error? /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXext

I am trying to install some software to view/manipulate N-body simulations, Tipsy, and am getting this error: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXext
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Can anyone tell me what is happening?

Hi,

You didn't say your distro, but it looks like you miss the libXext-devel package

Regards
