Thanks for the help...In my short time using linux I have used tar before but I had not encountered the bunzip before. Well, I got as far as ./configure when I received an error message telling me that my 'gcc' was bad. I was told to use a different compiler but this all greek to me. How do I get to a source where I can learn these 'basics'?
