can't use my USB mouse


well i am a bit unsure weather i have enabled usb support when i upgraded my kernel. can someone tell me how i can check if i have?

One method, should think far from the best one, is to start modconf and look to see if the appropriate, assuming you can work out what it's called, module is loaded or not.

ah crap, i haven't installed the usb module :/

thanks for the help, i don't suppose it's possible to use USB devices, if i haven't installed the module, when i compiled the kernel?

Nope, it's not possible... recompile the modules(I think you can get away with this...)
