Hi everyone. This is my very first time posting. I find this site very helpful and I constantly visit.
Last night I installed SuSe 10.2 on my PC. Everything went fine. After the installation I started using firefox and went right to the addons page. I tried to download Adblock Plus but after clicking the Istall now button nothing happened. I waited almost 10 minutes befor the popup for the signature and installation appeared and after clicking the install button nothing again. After 10 minutes nothing is happening. I tried different addons...same thing. Everything else works fine. I can download everything I want, I can visit any site I want, the only problem seems to be with the addons. I uninstalled firefox with YAST and install again but the same problem afterwards. Please help.

Check your browser settings. I am running Firefox 2.0.0.4 in openSUSE 10.2 and the Add-ons such as Adblock Plus both install and work as expected.
