can't configure AfetStep...don't have GNUStep

Hi All!

I would have a little problem:
-I'm using Gnome and I installed AfterStep
-I want to configure AS or download and use themes
-I looked for a lot of documentations, but everything describes, that "there are configuration files in /home/yourname/GNUStep/AfterStep/blablabla, BUT I don't have GNUstep libary, and any of the AfterStep folders I found, they don't contain any configuration files
-what can be the problem

thanx in advance,

**themo**
