Can't run nam 1.11 on ns-2.28.


Hi,

I am running ns-2.28 on ubuntu 12.04.When i run the simple tcl script located on ns-allinone-2.28/ns-2.28/tcl/ex through the command ns simple.tcl i get the following error

[code omitted because of length]
: no event type or button # or keysym
while executing
"bind Listbox <MouseWheel> {
%W yview scroll [expr {- (%D / 120) * 4}] units
}"


Please help

Google, nam code omitted because of length : 13,800 hits.

But anyway, please do not try building the old nam 1.11/.
You can delete the nam 1.11/ folder, and use a package for Ubuntu 12.04 :

32bits (i386/i686) : nam_1.15-10_i386.deb
64bits (amd64/x86_64) : nam_1.14_amd64.deb
... Download the package, click the package, and it will be installed.
