can't move windows bar gone

i installed compiz on wheezy using a snapshot deb and after it installed i lost the top bar so i can't close windows or move them around, i can't seem to find an option in neither compiz or reg settings, is this an option you can toggle or just a bad install of compiz? if its a bad install, what can i do to remove it?

aptitude install compiz-core compiz-fusion-plugins-extra compiz-fusion-plugins-main compiz-plugins compizconfig-settings-manager libcompizconfig0

thats the command i used to install.

please help!

compiz and window decoration - buttons

Window decoration needs to be ticked, and I would advise a desktop launcher with the command: compiz --replace
