Can't login to WUFTPD, can't upload/edit files

I've been trying this for a while, but can't seem to get it to work. I'm using WU-FTPD with RedHat Linux. Whenever I try to login, it denies access. However, if I goto my webmin at port 10000 and change my password with the administrator account, I can login for about a day or two until it locks me out again. I also have a guest FTP account, and his has never been locked out.

Besides that, once I get logged in I'm allowed to CHMOD and delete files, but I cannot upload or edit them. Here's my conf:

Thanks!
