Can't locate remote server.

Hi. We are using linux (Ubuntu ) to host our website and mails. There was a power problem and after restarting our servers, we are unable to access the co. website. When i try to access the mail by typing mail.domain, i am able to access the login page from within the network. Someone out of the network is unable to find the page. The error they get is http://www.domain/ is currently un available.
Could the problem be at the ISP side?

After a power outage, you may have suffered a system corruption.
Login and check the access_log as you try to access from out side. Also check you firewall. Looking into /var/log/messages also.
Try the Apache config and make sure its ok. Is apache running?

Yes Apache is running. Everything looks ok. But We still have the same problem.

Everything is ok now. There was a problem at the ISP side.
Thank you for your contribution Chrism01.
