Can't locate remote server.
Hi. We are using linux (Ubuntu ) to host our website and mails. There was a power problem and after restarting our servers, we are unable to access the co. website. When i try to access the mail by typing mail.domain, i am able to access the login page from within the network. Someone out of the network is unable to find the page. The error they get is http://www.domain/ is currently un available.
Could the problem be at the ISP side? |
After a power outage, you may have suffered a system corruption.
Login and check the access_log as you try to access from out side. Also check you firewall. Looking into /var/log/messages also. Try the Apache config and make sure its ok. Is apache running? |
Yes Apache is running. Everything looks ok. But We still have the same problem.

Everything is ok now. There was a problem at the ISP side.
