Can't install Development Tools from package manager
 

I wanted the gcc compiler so I tried to install Development Tools from Package Manager. However, it wouldn't install saying two packages krb5-libs-1.2.7-8 and openssl-0.9.7a-2 were not located. Yet according to a rpm query I have krb5-libs-1.2.7-14 and openssl-0.9.7a-20.2 already installed. I guess I have newer versions? Does that mean I have to install older versions of these packages. And if so how do I?
